Yankee Holidays inc. ("YH") acts only as agent for the hotels, restaurants, airline, bus companies, railroads, steamship lines, car rental companies, owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other service covered by this voucher (collectively, "Service Providers"). All such services are furnished to customer by Service Providers that are independent and do not ac t for or on behalf of YH, or Amtrak, are not servants of YH or Amtrak, and with whom YH or Amtrak does not have a business relationship as joint ventures, or otherwise. AMTRAK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE, AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY, FOR ANY ACTION OR OMISSION OF YH OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER. This voucher is issued to customer subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation or any other service whatsoever are provided by such Service Providers. By the acceptance of this voucher the customer agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that neither YH or Amtrak nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries or representatives shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury, accident or damage to person, property or resulting , directly or indirectly, from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations, of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any cause beyond YH or Amtrak's control or for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the customer as a result of the foregoing causes. Customer agrees that YH and Amtrak cannot be responsible for variations in personal preferences. Customer further agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in any and all brochures announcing, describing, or advertising any tour or cruise accommodations, transportation or other services covered by this voucher and to any and all condition annexed to the itinerary of any such tour or cruise. YH shall have the right for any reason whatsoever and in its sole discretion to cancel this voucher and any tickets issued under or pursuant o this voucher. In the event of such cancellation, YH's only liability to the client shall be to refund the unused portion thereof. Neither employees of YH or Amtrak nor those of their respective affiliates, sub subsidiary companies or representatives have authority to vary the terms of this voucher.
